I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings with support, compassion, and curiosity.
My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, drawing from CBT, DBT, EFT, attachment theory, family systems, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Therapy is always tailored to you, guided by your goals and what feels most meaningful in your life.
When possible, I also offer Walk-and-Talk sessions at local nature trails. Combining nature-based work with evidence-based therapy can support deeper emotional processing, mindfulness, and self-regulation.
Above all, my goal is to help you feel heard and understood, and that we are always going in a direction that is important and relevant to you.
